Delete your Mito Map account and data

Mito Map is operated by AI AGENT VAULT INC., doing business as Precision Mito.

Request deletion

1. Sign in and open Profile Settings.
2. Under Delete account and data, choose Delete my account.
3. Enter a reason of at least 12 characters and choose Schedule deletion.

Your account is scheduled for deletion one month after the request. You may cancel during that period in Profile Settings using Cancel scheduled deletion. Scheduling deletion also cancels renewal of a linked Plus subscription; canceling deletion does not restart renewal.

Data covered

The account purge removes the account and associated records from the active Mito Map database, including saved submissions, health journals, account sessions and preferences. It also removes account-owned lab, genetic and fundraising upload folders, and associated private and legacy profile/doctor images.

Backups, infrastructure logs, records already held by external recipients, and records subject to a separate agreement or legal requirement may have separate retention and deletion handling. This page does not promise immediate erasure of every copy. See the Privacy Policy and contact support for help with retained copies.

Cannot sign in?

Recover access to your account, or email support@precisionmito.com for help requesting deletion. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or health documents by email. We may need to verify account ownership.
