A REPORT YOU CAN READ AND USE

What you receive

Your main takeaways first

A readable summary of the findings, unresolved questions, and discussion priorities. Measured records, computer estimates, and clinical interpretation are clearly distinguished.

Visuals that make findings clearer

Diagrams and charts where they help: how a result compares with its lab range, what an uncertain genetic finding means, and why several changes at once make cause and effect hard to judge.

Check where a finding came from

Source identifiers, dates, units, original laboratory ranges, and linked scientific references where available. Checked results are distinguished from automatically extracted results that still need checking.

A practical clinician handoff

Focused appointment questions, a worksheet to check your current medicines and supplements where relevant, and a list of missing information. Genetic reviews can include a specific question for the issuing laboratory about reanalysis.

FROM A RECORD TO A USEFUL QUESTION

What does the review add?

Imagine you have an older genetic report describing a finding as uncertain. The review makes the uncertainty understandable and gives you a specific question to take back to the laboratory.

You start with

A dated report, unfamiliar gene notation, and the phrase “variant of uncertain significance.”

Illustrative scenario only; no real patient information.

You leave with

  • The exact finding and its original report date.
  • A plain-language explanation of what the report did and did not establish.
  • A visible distinction between the old interpretation and any verified update.
  • A focused question: “Has the interpretation changed, and what additional records would help you review it?”

The value is a clearer explanation and a more focused next step. A new diagnosis or classification change is not promised.

CONNECTING THE RECORDS YOU ALREADY HAVE

What we can examine together

Your review can draw on the areas below when relevant records are available and included in your agreed scope. Open an area to see what we examine. Missing information stays visible.

Blood and other lab results

Check selected findings against original reports, keep blood and urine tests separate, reconcile dates and units, and distinguish the laboratory's range from a personal treatment goal.

Existing genetic reports

Explain the exact reported finding and its dated laboratory interpretation, distinguish uncertainty from an established diagnosis, and prepare focused questions for the original laboratory. A current reclassification is only reported if verified.

Wearable trends and physical function

Compare available device-specific readings and dated function measurements. Make missing days, older measurements, and disagreement between devices visible rather than turning them into a single recovery claim.

Evidence behind model-ranked options

Look beyond a rank to ask whether the cited research tested the actual product in relevant people. Distinguish indirect biological research from product-specific evidence, disclose commercial interests, and identify evidence gaps.

What may have helped personally

Review the timing of logged changes and outcomes, identify overlapping changes that prevent a causal conclusion, and clarify what a more consistent observation record would need to capture.

Medicines, supplements, and prior reactions

Organize the actual products, ingredients, doses, timing, and reactions for professional review. A saved selection does not confirm current use; an incomplete interaction screen is not medical clearance.

Computer outputs remain separate from clinical evidence. An Energy Score is a product-model value, not a measured percentage of healthy mitochondria. A high option rank does not prove personal benefit; a low rank is not a reason to stop a prescribed medicine.

Is this review a good fit?

Useful when you want to

  • Understand existing results and prepare for an appointment.
  • Connect records from different dates or sources.
  • Separate measured findings from model estimates and research hypotheses.
  • Identify missing information and better follow-up questions.

What to agree before paying

  • The specific questions the review will address.
  • Which records and analysis areas are included.
  • Any missing inputs or limits that affect the review.
  • The delivery timing and secure way to share records.

How your review comes together

  1. Agree on the question. Contact us to confirm suitability, the records needed, the scope, and delivery timing before paying.
  2. Provide records securely. Use the secure channel agreed with our team. Relevant records may include original lab and genetic reports, symptoms, current products, and available device or function history. Please do not email health records to the general support inbox.
  3. Connect findings to sources. We prepare the scoped review with understandable explanations, dated comparisons, visual aids where useful, and explicit verification limits.
  4. Human review before release. Payment alone does not release a report. Missing required information or unresolved review issues must be addressed before release.
  5. Bring the report to your clinician. Use the summary, source references, questions, and relevant worksheets to support a discussion with your licensed clinician.

PREVIEW THE FORMAT

See a fictional sample evidence review

This 15-page example uses a made-up case. It uses the same report layout and renderer as the actual evidence review: the editorial cover, score panel, ranking tables, next steps, appointment worksheet, dated trends, strength chart, gene questions, source directory, lab inventory and references. All example results and option names are fictional; no numerical Energy Score is invented. Your report's length and contents depend on your agreed scope and available records.

Before you decide

Is this a diagnosis or a treatment plan?

No. This is educational record organization and evidence review for discussion with your licensed clinician. It is not a diagnosis, medical advice, treatment recommendation, diagnostic laboratory report, or emergency service. It does not establish that a product works for you.

Will every analysis area appear in my report?

No. We agree on scope before purchase. The available records determine which analyses are possible. Missing source records, an unverified genetic update, or overlapping changes may limit the conclusions; those limits are stated in the report.

Does this include new genetic testing or automatic laboratory reanalysis?

The review works from existing reports. Questions for the issuing laboratory can be prepared, but new testing, a classification change, or laboratory reanalysis is not guaranteed. mSeqDR integration is not enabled.

Does payment guarantee immediate delivery?

No. Delivery timing is agreed with our team. Required intake and human review must be completed before release. Contact support with questions about scope or delivery before purchasing.
