See the difference
A useful summary is Free. Plus adds scenarios to explore.
The Free appointment summary organizes your saved symptoms, treatments, labs, and priorities. The Plus sample compares recorded symptom ratings with modeled severity from the same fictional profile. It is an example of the output, not a patient result or a clinical prediction.
Revisit your summary before an appointment. If your saved profile changes, you can generate a new report to review what changed and which questions to bring to your clinician.
Start with one useful task.
Save your current symptoms, treatments, and main question, then prepare a Free appointment summary. You can add imports later.
When several specialists are involved, the same details can be hard to repeat. Build your record a little at a time, then review it before your appointment.
01 · Add
Save what changed.
Record symptoms, treatments, crashes, lab results, and questions while they are fresh.
02 · Review
Bring the pieces together.
Review your saved history and imported records for free. Plus adds modeled symptom scenarios, intervention detail, and budget and time filters.
03 · Prepare
Decide what to discuss.
Check your details and take a dated summary and your questions to the visit. Bring the same summary to another specialist or use it to help fill in appointment and referral paperwork.
For organizations
Help patients get access.
Foundations, patient organizations, and specialty practices can ask about sponsoring Plus access for a defined group. Contact us to discuss the number of accounts, term, and cost. Sponsored access is arranged individually.
No. Free includes saving your basic health data, earlier versions of your map, results from past function checks, labs, health record imports, wearable connections, and the full intervention library. Plus adds modeled symptom scenarios, symptom-specific intervention reports, and budget and time filters.
Why choose Plus over a lower-cost symptom tracker?
If you want to keep a record and prepare an appointment summary, start Free. The Plus subscription pays for symptom-specific modeled reports and intervention exploration with budget and time filters. You can return to those reports when your saved profile changes or you have a new question for your clinician. See the actual sample output to decide whether you would use that extra detail regularly. You can also compare Mito Map with Bearable, Guava, or a paper symptom journal. Saving your data and using supported imports remain Free.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, when Plus checkout is available. Choose $12 billed each month or $99 billed each year. Annual billing saves $45 compared with twelve monthly payments ($144). The annual price is equivalent to $8.25 per month, but charges $99 at once; it is not a monthly payment plan.
Who can see my health data?
Precision Mito operates Mito Map. Authorized personnel and contractors may review submitted information to operate, support, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Research and external sharing start on by default and can include identifiable health information under the Privacy Policy. You can turn that permission off in Profile Settings without losing account access or current features. Permission to contact you about research is separate and starts off. Read Your data and controls for access, sharing, downloads, retention, and deletion details.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Log in and use Manage subscription on this page or in Profile Settings. You can cancel renewal there. If you cannot access billing, contact support.
Does Plus include a care navigator?
No. Plus provides software for organizing your health information. You or someone helping with your care can use it to prepare questions and information for your care team.
Is this only for mitochondrial disease?
Mitochondrial disease is our starting focus. People managing other complex chronic illnesses can also use Mito Map to organize overlapping symptoms, treatments, and visit information.
Can my organization sponsor access?
Contact support@precisionmito.com to discuss a group. There is no self-service organization plan or automatic sponsored enrollment.
Built for tracking and visit preparation, not medical advice. Reports and intervention information are tools for discussion with your clinician, not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
