Consider Bearable when…

Consider Mito Map when…

You want a starting path for your condition, a saved health profile with supported records, and a Free visit summary. Explore Plus if modeled scenarios help you prepare new questions after your profile changes.

Questions before choosing

Do I need Plus to save my data or prepare for a visit?

No. Basic data saving, saved versions of your map, results from past function checks, the full intervention library, supported imports and wearable connections, and the doctor-visit summary are Free. Plus adds symptom scenario reports, symptom-specific intervention reports, and budget and time filters. See Free and Plus.

Can either tool tell me why my symptoms changed?

A correlation or model scenario can help you form a question. It does not establish cause, diagnose a condition, or show that a treatment is safe or effective for you. Review the actual entries and discuss concerns with your care team. Read Mito Map's forecast limits.

Can I see Mito Map's reports before signing up?

Yes. The public example shows a generated Free visit summary beside a Plus forecast using clearly fictional data. Plus checkout is currently unavailable; you can start Free and check pricing for availability.

Where can I review data access and sharing?

Read each product's current policy before adding records. Mito Map's data-controls guide explains access, research and external-sharing defaults, exports and deletion. Research and external-sharing permissions start on for new Mito Map accounts; you can review them in Profile Settings. This comparison does not change any settings.
