Start with one useful record.
You do not need to reconstruct your entire medical history. Save what affects you now, add records when you have them, and prepare questions for your next appointment.
Keeping and importing your data is free. Basic data saving, saved map states, measured-function history, lab and genetic-report imports, wearable connections, and the full intervention library do not require Plus. See what Plus adds to reports.
Prepare a short summary for your next visit.
- Open your guided profile. Add your main goal, the symptoms affecting you most, and treatments you already use. A diagnosis and uploads are optional. Wait for the saved status before leaving.
- Add one piece of context. In the full profile, add a recent lab PDF or a short note about a crash or change. Review imported values, units, and dates against the original.
- Review your doctor-visit summary. Check the symptoms, treatments, and questions before printing or downloading a PDF. The summary is free. Mito Map does not send it to your clinician automatically.
- Return when something changes. Update your profile. To keep a comparison point, use “Save what I have and show results” in the full profile, then review or rename the saved map in Saved Submissions. Before the next visit, review what changed and refresh your summary.
What can I add or connect?
A file upload copies the selected file or fields into Mito Map. A provider connection asks that provider for permission to import supported data. A connection does not guarantee every measurement or every historical day will be available.
| Source | How to add it | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Labs and genetic reports | Upload PDF files in My Tests & Results. Each file must be 15 MB or smaller. | Review extracted findings, values, reference ranges, units, and dates against the original. These upload controls do not accept an entire portal ZIP, Apple Health XML, or arbitrary medical-record formats. |
| WHOOP, Fitbit / Google Health, Withings | Direct connection support is configured. Open Wearables, choose an enabled provider connection, grant access, then use its sync control. | The provider card shows availability, connection status, and the last sync. Successful import still depends on your provider account, permissions, and which data the provider supplies. |
| Garmin, Oura, Dexcom | Listed connection options, not currently enabled. Check Wearables for changes. | These cannot currently be used for a direct website connection. A listed option is not a promise of a working import. |
| Apple Health / Apple Watch | In Wearables, choose Apple Health and Import data. Upload a daily-summary CSV from a compatible export app. | The website file picker accepts CSV, not Apple's full XML/ZIP export. Browser import is a manual step; it does not automatically read your iPhone or Apple Watch. |
| Symptoms, treatments, and notes | Enter them in your profile. For dated events, use the Patient Timeline. | Ordinary timeline entries are stored in this browser. Export them before changing devices or clearing browser storage. Review key events and copy the details you need into your profile before generating a doctor summary. |
| Measured function | Enter measurements using Measured Physical Function and its linked protocol instructions. | Check units, record any test modifications, and use the save control to keep a check-in in your history. The demo values are examples, not goals. |
What should an Apple Health daily-summary CSV look like?
Use one row per day, with a date and the fields you actually have. This small example uses accepted field names and fictional values:
date,steps,sleep_duration_minutes,resting_heart_rate_bpm,hrv_rmssd_ms
2026-09-01,2100,420,68,32
2026-09-02,1600,390,71,29
Use dates in YYYY-MM-DD form. Sleep in this example is in minutes, heart rate in beats per minute, and HRV in milliseconds. Leave unavailable values blank rather than making them up. An export app may use different accepted headers; review the imported dates and fields after upload.
Connection setup checked October 9, 2026. Check the provider card for current availability. Hospital-record connections such as Epic/MyChart are not currently enabled; use the PDF upload path for supported lab and genetic reports. Ask support if your format or provider is not listed.
If something does not import or save
My PDF will not upload or no values were found.
Check that it is a PDF, no larger than 15 MB, and opens correctly on your device. Try one file at a time and use a clear copy from the lab or portal. Review the message beside the upload; some reports cannot be extracted reliably. You can continue without uploads and enter the information you know.
A device says unavailable or will not connect.
An unavailable provider needs setup or approval before it can accept connections. If it is enabled, sign in to the correct provider account and allow the requested access. For an expired connection, use Reconnect on the provider card. Plus does not unlock or fix an unavailable connection.
I connected, but some days or fields are missing.
First sync the device with its own app, then use Sync in Mito Map and check the last-sync status. Providers supply different fields and date ranges; a missing value is not a zero. Apple Health browser CSV imports must be repeated when you have new data.
I cannot find a saved entry on another device.
Check that you are signed in to the same Mito Map account and that your profile showed a successful save. Saved map states and measured-function check-ins appear in Saved Submissions. Ordinary Patient Timeline entries remain in the browser where you entered them; use its Export JSON or Print controls to keep a copy.
How do I get help?
Email support@precisionmito.com with the page, provider or file type, and exact error message. Include your browser and device. Do not email passwords, connection codes, or full medical records; support can help identify the next step.
From joining to your results
These slower demos have larger captions and optional spoken guidance. Pause or replay whenever you need. All entries shown are fictional examples.
Read the walkthrough
- Create an account from Join, then open Make Your Profile.
- Add the basic information you know. Use the numbered sections to move around.
- If you have a genetic finding, enter it and choose “I'm done entering genes.” You can edit or remove it later. Otherwise choose “I don't have a genetic diagnosis.”
- Start with symptoms. Open a category or search, select a symptom, and rate it. Your selected symptoms stay in the side list.
- Add diagnoses from one category at a time. Open Personal Medical History for additional context.
- Search for medications or supplements you use. Select an item, enter the details you know, then choose “Done with this item.”
- Lab PDFs are optional. Choose PDFs, read lab results, and review what was found. You can continue without labs.
- Add any missing health information and website feedback in their separate fields. Choose “Save what I have and show results.” Your baseline Energy Score appears in results.
Entering measured function results
Read the walkthrough
- Open Measured Physical Function from your results. Choose the protocol that matches the measurements you have.
- Read each test's instruction button and the linked standard guide before performing the test.
- Enter your measured values, checking the units. The numbers in this demo are examples, not targets.
- For sit-to-stand, enter the time and record any hand support used.
- Complete the fatigue and recovery fields as described on the page, then use its save control to keep your measurement.
Keep a copy and know your controls.
Saved Submissions holds map and measured-function history and offers exports for saved entries. The doctor-visit summary has Print and Download PDF controls. Patient Timeline has its own Export JSON and Print controls.
Disconnect devices from Wearables. Review research and external-sharing permissions in Profile Settings; these start on for new accounts. Use Delete account and data to schedule account deletion.
